The patented "Cool Curtain" airflow system creates a vertical temperature barrier, maintaining -18°C while keeping the top open for customer access - a world-first in open-air freezer technology. Six adjustable LED-lit acrylic shelves (load capacity 50kg each) feature drip-catching edges and removable dividers for flexible product grouping. Underneath the NSF-certified stainless steel deck, a hidden compressor compartment reduces noise to 42dB (quieter than a library). The anti-slip diamond plate flooring and lockable 6" castor wheels (2 fixed/2 swivel) ensure stability during movement. Ideal for high-end supermarkets, it includes a built-in scale interface for direct weighing at POS. The hybrid defrost system combines hot gas (for coils) and residual heat (for glass) to eliminate frost without temperature spikes.
