Focused on R&D and production of aluminum and magnesium alloy die-casting molds, we provide tailored processing for 7 aluminum alloys (e.g., ADC12, ADC10) and 2 magnesium alloys (e.g., AZ91D, AM60B). Our mold production adopts a comprehensive process control approach, covering Drawing → Mold Making → Casting → Optional CNC Machining → Surface Treatment → Testing → Packaging → Delivery, achieving a tolerance accuracy of up to ±0.02mm. Depending on customer needs, surface treatment can be customized with more than 10 options, such as electroplating, chrome plating, anodization, and powder coating. Having obtained ISO9001:2015 and SGS certifications, we utilize advanced inspection equipment (3D measuring instruments, dynamic balance detectors) to ensure die-casting molds meet international standards like ISO3522-84 and JISH5302:2000. The final molds feature high machining precision (flatness ≤0.1mm), high strength, superior electrical/thermal conductivity, and a Ra1.6 surface finish without particles, spots, or coating detachment.
