Our core business lies in R&D and manufacturing of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy die-casting molds, with customized processing available for 7 aluminum alloy types (including ADC12 and ADC10) and 2 magnesium alloy types (including AZ91D and AM60B). Mold production is managed via full-process control, following the sequence: Drawing → Mold Production → Casting → CNC Machining (when needed) → Surface Treatment → Inspection → Packaging → Delivery, with tolerance precision reaching ±0.02mm. Surface treatment offers over 10 flexible processes (electroplating, chrome plating, anodization, powder coating, etc.) to suit customer demands. As an ISO9001:2015 and SGS certified company, we implement quality checks using advanced tools like 3D measuring instruments and dynamic balance detectors, ensuring compliance with ISO3522-84, JISH5302:2000, and other international standards. The die-casting molds deliver high machining accuracy (flatness within 0.1mm), high strength, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and a flawless Ra1.6 surface—devoid of particles, spots, or coating peeling.
