Product Introduction


We focus on producing die-casting molds for aluminum alloys (ADC12, ADC10, A360, A380, A356, 6061, 6063) and magnesium alloys (AZ91D, AM60B). Mold production follows a comprehensive process: "Drawing → Mold Fabrication → Casting → Optional CNC Machining → Surface Treatment → Product Inspection → Packaging → Delivery", with strict ±0.02mm tolerance control. We provide multiple surface treatment options, including electroplating, chrome plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, electrophoresis, anodization, polishing, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating, and spray painting. As an ISO9001:2015 and SGS certified company, we use CMM, salt spray test chambers, dynamic balance detectors, and pneumatic detection for quality checks, ensuring compliance with international standards. These molds offer high machining precision (flatness within 0.1mm), high strength, anti-deformation, good electrical/thermal conductivity, and a premium Ra1.6 finish—with no particles, spots, or peeling coatings.
