Focusing on the R&D and production of aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy die-casting molds, we can provide customized processing for 7 types of aluminum alloys such as ADC12 and ADC10, and 2 types of magnesium alloys such as AZ91D and AM60B. The mold production adopts a full-process control mode, with the process of Drawing→Making Mould→Casting→CNC machining (if needed)→surface treatment→checking→packing→delivery, and the tolerance accuracy is as high as ±0.02mm. Surface treatment can flexibly adopt more than ten processes such as electroplating, chrome plating, anodization, and powder coating according to customer needs. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 and SGS certifications, and uses advanced equipment such as three-dimensional measuring instrument and dynamic balance detector to implement quality inspection, ensuring that the die-casting molds comply with international standards such as ISO3522-84 and JISH5302:2000. The produced die-casting molds have performance advantages such as high machining accuracy (flatness within 0.1mm), high strength, and excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and the appearance finish reaches Ra1.6, without granules, spots and painting peel off.
