We focus on manufacturing die-casting molds for aluminum alloys (ADC12, ADC10, A360, A380, A356, 6061, 6063) and magnesium alloys (AZ91D, AM60B), with a meticulous production process spanning drawing to delivery—including mold making, die-casting, optional CNC machining, surface treatment, and inspection. We uphold a ±0.02mm high-precision tolerance and offer surface treatments like electroplating, anodization, sandblasting, and powder coating. ISO9001:2015 and SGS certified, we use CMMs and salt spray test chambers for quality assurance. Our molds deliver high machining precision (flatness within 0.1mm), high strength, deformation resistance, excellent electrical/thermal conductivity, and a smooth Ra1.6 surface. Free of defects like particles or peeling coatings, they strictly comply with ISO3522-84, ASTMB85-96, and other international standards.
