Product Introduction
Our core products are aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy die-casting molds, with a wide range of material options. Aluminum alloys include ADC12, ADC10, A360, A380, A356, 6061, 6063, and magnesium alloys include AZ91D and AM60B. The production process is strictly carried out in accordance with the standard steps of drawing, mold making, casting, CNC machining (on demand), surface treatment, product inspection, packaging, and delivery, with tolerance stably reaching ±0.02mm. There are various surface treatment processes, including electroplating, chrome plating, zinc plating, nickel plating, electrophoresis, anodization, polishing, sandblasting, passivation, powder coating, and spray painting. Relying on ISO9001:2015 and SGS dual certifications, and supported by professional testing equipment such as three-dimensional measuring instrument and salt spray test box, our die-casting molds all comply with multiple industry standards such as ISO3522-84 and ASTMB85-96. These molds not only have excellent machining accuracy (flatness within 0.1mm), reliable mechanical properties, and good electrical and thermal conductivity, but also have a high appearance finish of Ra1.6, with no granules, no defects, and firm coating.
