Our comprehensive manufacturing process includes design, mold fabrication, casting, CNC machining (when needed), surface treatment, quality inspection, packaging, and delivery. We maintain strict precision standards with tolerances of ±0.02mm and provide diverse surface treatment options such as electroplating, anodizing, sandblasting, and powder coating. With ISO9001:2015 and SGS certifications, we employ advanced testing equipment including CMMs and salt spray test chambers to ensure exceptional quality. Our molds demonstrate high machining accuracy (flatness ≤0.1mm), superior strength, deformation resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and smooth finished surfaces (Ra1.6). The products are free from surface defects including granules, spots, and coating peeling, fully complying with international standards like ISO3522-84 and ASTMB85-96.
