We maintain strict precision standards with tolerances of ±0.02mm and provide diverse surface treatment options such as electroplating, anodizing, sandblasting, and powder coating. With ISO9001:2015 and SGS certifications, we employ advanced testing equipment including CMMs and salt spray test chambers to ensure exceptional quality. Our molds demonstrate high machining accuracy (flatness ≤0.1mm), superior strength, deformation resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and smooth finished surfaces (Ra1.6).
